North Norfolk

North Norfolk is renowned for its spectacular coastline, fantastic wildlife, miles of glorious beaches, seaside communities and a beautiful hinterland of rolling countryside and picturesque market towns and villages. North Norfolk is one of the major birdwatching areas of the UK, and a boat trip to see the seal colony at Blakeney Point can be magnificent when all the seals are there, potentially up to 80,000 at a time. Towns such as Hunstanton and Cromer have a proper seaside feel, whilst smaller towns such as Wells-next-the-Sea and Cley-next-the-Sea are actually now about a mile inland due to the silting up of the coast.

A weeks holiday in October 2020 enabled me to the see North Norfolk coast and villages for the first time. Whilst not a photographic holiday I still managed to grab a few images which you can view in the gallery below.
