The Lake District

The Lakes District, England’s largest National Park is now a World Heritage Site, home to Scafell Pike – its highest mountain, Wastwater – its deepest lake and thriving communities like Keswick and Bowness-on-Windermere. Beautiful whatever the weather it’s full of photographic ‘Chocolate Box’ locations. Another region worth a visit if you have never been. Take a look at the Visit The Lake District website, once you’ve finished looking on here of course!

All images are available to buy as * Giclée prints in various sizes from 6″ x 4″ right up to A3 and are mounted on Premium Ivory or Ice White mount board with bevelled edge aperture. Twenty images are available as A6 Notecards. Please visit the Shop page above. If you do not see an image in the Shop please use the Contact Link to request a printed copy. Download a Price List.

Prints larger than A3 (these come unmounted), Canvas Wraps and Framed Prints are available from the More Products Link above.

* Giclée prints are produced on the following basis:

  • That the printer should use Pigment based ink (as opposed to dye-based), mine is a Canon Pixma Pro 10S
  • The printer should use 8 inks or more, the above printer uses a 10 ink system
  • Fine Art paper should be used and be of archival quality and all are acid free (I use this type of paper with an estimated life of 80 – 100 years )
